We follow a strict No Return Policy.
Once a product is delivered, we do not accept returns for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong product ordered

  • Product not liked

  • Colour, size, or fragrance preference

2. Refund Eligibility (7-Day Refund Window)

Refunds are allowed only in specific cases and must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is missing from your order

  • The product is expired or defective

Refund will NOT be provided if:

  • You change your mind after purchasing

  • You simply do not like the product

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered with

  • Refund request is made after 7 days of delivery


3. Proof Required for Refund

To process your refund, you must provide:

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

  • Order ID or invoice

  • Full name and contact details used while ordering

Without proper proof, we may not be able to process the refund.


4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is usually 3–7 working days

  • In some cases, it may take additional banking time
