Shipping Policy — Ambe Enterprise

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
Local/Within Surat: 1–3 working days
Within Gujarat: 3–5 working days
Rest of India: 5–7 working days
Note: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festivals.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary based on order weight, location, and courier service.
Any shipping fee (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive:
Tracking number
Courier partner details
You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment status.
5. Delivery Attempts
The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable contact number, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or an item is missing:
You must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Clear photos or videos of the package/product
Order ID and contact details
This helps us process refunds quickly, as per our Refund Policy.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Ambe Enterprise is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
